These Terms govern your use of Devotus (the “Service”), operated by TRC ADS, LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Devotus is a web application that helps performance marketing teams follow campaign results, set up conversion tracking, manage websites and act on requests made to an AI assistant. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

Access is provided to invited users. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity in your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Connected services

You may connect third-party services such as Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. By connecting a service, you authorize Devotus to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to connect those accounts and you remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each service, including the Google Ads policies. You can disconnect any service at any time.

4. Your approval and the AI assistant

Devotus prepares actions and shows you what will be done before changes that affect your connected accounts. Suggestions made by the AI assistant may contain mistakes, so review them before approving. You are responsible for the campaigns, budgets and content you approve.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send spam, distribute malware, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the Service or the services connected to it.

6. Fees

If a paid plan applies to you, the price and billing terms are the ones agreed with you before you start using it.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TRC ADS, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
