Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Devotus (“Devotus”, “we”, “us”), operated by TRC ADS, LLC, collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the Devotus web application at devotus.ai and its related addresses (the “Service”). It includes specific disclosures about the data we receive from Google APIs.

1. Who we are

TRC ADS, LLC, 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Office 8699, Orlando, FL 32819, USA. Contact: contato@123news.com.br. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

3. Google user data

Connecting Google services is optional. Devotus receives Google user data in two ways:

Devotus requests only the permissions below:

Permission (scope)What Devotus does with it
Google Ads
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords
Reads campaign, ad and conversion performance reports of the Google Ads accounts you connect, to build your dashboards and ROI. Creates or updates conversion actions and makes other changes in those accounts only when you request them.
Tag Manager, read
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tagmanager.readonly
Lists your Tag Manager accounts and containers so you can choose the container used by each website, and checks that the published version contains the expected tags.
Tag Manager, edit containers
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tagmanager.edit.containers
Creates and updates conversion triggers and Google Ads conversion tags in the container you choose, and creates a container for a website when you ask.
Tag Manager, container versions
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tagmanager.edit.containerversions
Creates a container version with those changes, which Google requires before publishing.
Tag Manager, publish
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tagmanager.publish
Publishes that version so the tracking goes live on your website, only after you confirm.
Basic profile
openid, email
Identifies the connected Google account and shows its email address in your list of connections.

How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you use in Devotus: showing your reports and ROI, and setting up conversion tracking and the other changes you request. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

How we store and protect it

The access tokens issued by Google are stored encrypted on our servers and are used only by our servers to call the Google APIs above on your behalf. Reports retrieved from Google Ads are stored in your Devotus account to build your dashboards and history. Each operation's data is kept separate, and connections belong to the account that created them. All traffic uses HTTPS.

Who can see it

Our team does not read your Google user data, except (a) with your explicit permission, for example to help you with a support request, (b) when necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse, or (c) to comply with applicable law.

AI processing

Devotus includes an AI assistant. When you ask it to perform a task, the information needed for that task, which may include settings of your Google Ads accounts or Tag Manager containers, is processed by our AI service provider on our behalf, only to complete your request. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Sharing

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except to service providers that host or operate the Service for us and are bound by confidentiality, when you explicitly ask us to, when required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to you.

Retention and deletion

We keep Google user data while your connection is active and your account exists. When you remove a Google connection in Devotus, its stored tokens are deleted immediately. You can also revoke Devotus's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete the data we keep about you, email contato@123news.com.br and we will delete it, except where we must keep it to comply with the law.

Limited Use. Devotus's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use other information

We use the information described in section 2 to provide and maintain the Service, run the actions you approve, secure accounts, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing of other information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting and AI processing), when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users, or as part of a business transfer.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage of access tokens, access controls and activity logs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Brazil's LGPD, the EU GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact contato@123news.com.br.

8. Children

Devotus is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18 years old.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data, we will ask for your consent again where required.
